Role: Senior US IT Recruiter
Experience Level: 4 - 5 Years
Location: Hyderabad - Onsite - Night shift - CST/EST Time Zone
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B Transfers and EADs.
- Ability to source suitable candidates in a short time frame.
- Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
- Regularly interacting with the Account Manager in the US to understand the requirements.
- Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals.
- Must have experience in the full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries, and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
- Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
- Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
- Builds and maintains a candidate pipeline for future employment opportunities.
- Reports status of candidate pipeline on a daily basis to management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must be willing to work in night shifts.
- Must have Sound knowledge of IT and Technical concepts.
- Qualified candidates should have an understanding of the US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full- time positions).
- Experience hiring W2, C2C & 1099 resources.
- Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
- Must have experience working with third-party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
- Must have good rate/ salary negotiation & closing skills.
